About Counsellor:
I am a Certified Career Analyst and Counsellor. I hold a PhD in Women’s Studies and am a gold medalist in Social Work (MSW). I have also completed a Certificate Course in Guidance and Counselling to strengthen my knowledge and competencies in this field. I have interned with several organizations working at the intersections of gender, mental health, and community development. I also worked as a school counsellor, where I supported students’ emotional and social well-being, conducted awareness sessions, and collaborated with educators to foster an inclusive and empathetic learning environment. In this role, I closely guided students, especially those in classes 11 and 12 preparing for competitive exams like AIEEE and NEET. This experience gave me valuable insight into the academic pressures and aspirations faced by adolescents and deepened my understanding of the social and emotional factors that influence career decision-making. As a career analyst and counsellor, my vision is to support children in navigating the complexities of career choices by helping them explore options aligned with their abilities and interests. I believe that timely and informed guidance during these formative years is crucial, as it lays the foundation for higher education and future professional growth
